Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create, document, and implement extensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify the functionality, workflows, and integrations of Salesforce-based systems.

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the solution aligns with stakeholder requirements and adheres to federal compliance standards.

• Assess data migration from legacy systems to guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.

• Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to grasp requirements, user stories, and system workflows in order to devise effective testing strategies.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects using tools such as Jira, ensuring prompt resolution and retesting.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews) to offer quality assurance insights and ensure testing aligns with sprint objectives.

• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate training materials to confirm usability and foster adoption.

• Develop and sustain QA documentation, including test results, defect reports, and quality metrics, for gate reviews and project deliverables.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of testing processes and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in developing, documenting, and executing application test plans and scripts for software development initiatives.

• At least 1 year of experience working on a major Salesforce implementation.

• The candidate must possess a Public Trust or an Active Secret clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract mandates.

• The candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be conducted within the U.S.

• The candidate must have lived in the U.S. for a minimum of three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
