Content QA Editor – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proofread and quality assure content across various channels such as SMS, email, portals, letters, print materials, call scripts, and internal communication platforms.

• Compose, review, and manage text for the internal knowledge base, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established guidelines.

• Collaborate with AI agents to enhance content workflows and support internal knowledge management.

• Create and refine clear, engaging copy, including customer service and instructional content.

• Ensure content accuracy and maintain an appropriate tone during proofreading.

• Edit and translate complex, industry-specific material into straightforward language that is accessible and engaging, while identifying inconsistencies and misalignments across related outputs.

• Welcome feedback and revisions as opportunities to improve and elevate writing quality.

• Operate proactively and efficiently in a dynamic, high-volume environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience as a proofreader/copy editor, with a background in copywriting—preferably in an agency or corporate environment.

• Outstanding attention to detail with a rigorous approach to editing and content quality.

• Proficient in simplifying complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging language.

• Self-driven and capable of independent work, while also excelling in collaborative team settings.

• Quick learner with robust research skills and a proactive mindset—eager to ask questions and contribute wherever necessary.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not mandatory—curiosity and a willingness to learn are vital.
