• Perform thorough quality assurance audits across clinical and operational procedures.

• Examine documentation, reports, and case files to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards.

• Leverage QA audit tools and platforms (including CentralReach and Rethink) to assess performance and pinpoint gaps.

• Interpret and implement healthcare regulations and standards across various scenarios and cases.

• Deliver clear, constructive feedback and suggestions for enhancements.

• Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data for trend tracking, risk identification, and decision support.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance quality standards.

• Create and improve QA processes, frameworks, and documentation.

• Transform complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple audits and projects concurrently utilizing project management tools.

• Demonstrated experience in a QA, compliance, or audit-centric role (preferably in healthcare or ABA settings).

• Proficient in CentralReach, Rethink, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

• Familiarity with QA audit tools and project management software.

• Strong grasp of healthcare standards and the capability to independently research and apply them.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with an ability to detect subtle issues in audits and reviews.

• Strong analytical thinking skills with the capacity to interpret complex information across various scenarios.

• Excellent written communication abilities, capable of simplifying intricate concepts clearly and effectively.
