QA Engineer, Magento Ecommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will ensure functional quality, integration, and user experience on an eCommerce platform built on Magento (Adobe Commerce).

• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing cases.

• Validate key modules such as catalog, search, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, and orders.

• Conduct API testing and validate integrations with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and logistics systems.

• Identify, document, and manage defects using tools like Jira.

• Participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Refinement, Retrospectives).

• Validate requirements and ensure compliance with acceptance criteria.

• Execute regression tests prior to deployments.

• Analyze results, conduct retests, and verify fixes.

• Validate user experience across cross-browser and responsive environments.

• Contribute to the ongoing optimization of quality processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in Manual QA or as a QA Engineer.

• Experience in eCommerce projects.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Experience with functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.

• Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for API testing.

• Proficient in Jira or other defect management tools.

• Experience validating responsive web applications.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
