Salesforce Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with development and business analysis teams

• Utilize qualitative testing methodologies to ensure quality standards are met in Salesforce projects

• Analyze user feedback to achieve customer objectives

• Identify defects and maintain a repository free of bugs

• Plan, prepare, and execute effective test cases to meet the needs of customers and business teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in QA/Testing

• More than 3 years of QA/Testing experience with Salesforce.com, covering Functional, Integration, Regression, and Acceptance Testing

• Proficiency in designing and implementing integration test cases and acceptance tests

• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Capability to comprehend project scope and requirements, creating suitable test cases and executing test scripts for both successful and unsuccessful scenarios

• Salesforce.com testing experience, ideally with knowledge of Sales & Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and Configure Price Quote (CPQ)

• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA/VSTS

• Background in automation testing using Selenium and scripting languages including Python, Unix shell, and JavaScript.
