Salesforce QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Create and implement thorough, structured test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.

• Execute test plans, automation, and validation strategies to confirm that software adheres to specified requirements.

• Identify and document defects, managing them through to resolution while ensuring complete traceability.

• Conduct functional and regression testing to verify that new updates do not disrupt existing functionality.

• Work closely with software developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to address issues and deliver high-quality software punctually.

• Engage in design and code reviews, user story development, and the planning and coordination of release activities.

• Actively seek opportunities for automation and enhancements in the quality assurance process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of two years of experience in Quality Assurance roles, encompassing automation testing.

• Experience in Salesforce testing and working with Salesforce applications.

• Proficient in functional and regression testing, test planning, test case writing, and defect tracking and reporting.

• Understanding of REST API fundamentals, basic SQL/Database knowledge, and testing integrations.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and end-to-end system processes.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.
