• Oversee and manage project financials, scope, and timelines to guarantee that assigned client projects remain on course.
• Lead the implementation of top-notch AI and digital service solutions.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison for the client and manage the operational aspects of the project, emphasizing the development of strong customer relationships.
• Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders, alongside the customer project manager.
• Conduct client-facing Outcomes and Business Objectives sessions at the project's start, establishing success metrics, desired business outcomes, and measurable goals. Monitor and report on progress against these metrics throughout the engagement.
• Support requirement ownership throughout the engagement by collaborating with the Solution Architect to ensure that business requirements are accurately documented, refined, and traceable during delivery.
• Demonstrate comfort in creating user stories and leading grooming sessions with the Solution Architect, ensuring the quality of user stories and acceptance criteria, and confidently presenting them to clients and project teams.
• Assist team members in delivering client presentations during requirement gathering, design, pilot, and user acceptance testing sessions.
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test plans, tracking defects, and ensuring resolutions with the project team.
• Aid in end-user training efforts by organizing training logistics, contributing to training materials, and ensuring readiness among client stakeholder groups.
• Plan, launch, and manage Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Artificial Intelligence (AI) software projects.
• Collaborate with the Solution & Technical Architects to ensure that client business requirements are effectively integrated into design specifications.
• Act as an Agile Scrum Master and guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for systems and product delivery.
• Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, every day.
• Over 5 years of project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementations on the Salesforce Platform.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Proficiency in applying Agile methodologies to project management.
• Familiarity with salesforce.com or Amazon Connect, serving as a project manager or scrum leader.
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting.
• Proven experience in facilitating requirements sessions, writing or refining user stories, and presenting functional content directly to client stakeholders.
• Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience, particularly in overseeing blueprint and implementation projects on the platform.
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
