Salesforce Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and administer project financials, scope, and timelines

• Propel the implementation of top-notch AI and digital service solutions

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients

• Organize status meetings and monitor project metrics

• Assist in user acceptance testing and training initiatives

• Manage B2B CRM systems and AI software projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with the Salesforce Platform

• Background in a consulting environment

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Proficient in Salesforce.com or Amazon Connect

• Knowledge of estimation/sizing, SOW/Change Order processes

• Excellent facilitation skills for requirements gathering sessions

• Salesforce Admin certification is mandatory
