Salesforce Program Executive – Senior Director, Consumer Goods/Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives by establishing consensus on program scope and release strategies.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings with key participants for each program to assist in critical decision-making.

• Manage the complete program P&L, foster executive client relationships, oversee steering committees, and ensure delivery governance.

• Recognize, handle, and mitigate program risks effectively.

• Guarantee timely and budget-compliant execution of large-scale programs.

• Develop and direct project plans; track and evaluate project progress and timelines; modify schedules and plans as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in a program management capacity leading enterprise-scale CRM initiatives.

• More than 10 years of experience in management consulting or consulting services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.

• Agile SCRUM Master Certification.

• PMP Certification.

• Preferred Salesforce.com Certifications.

• Capability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-energy, team-oriented setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with remote teams during non-standard business hours.
