This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Advocate for customer requirements and convert them into product functionalities.
• Establish product vision and strategy grounded in quantifiable business outcomes.
• Prioritize user stories and oversee the product backlog within an Agile framework.
• Drive innovations for return on investment by leveraging data and user feedback.
• Work in partnership with development and QA teams to set acceptance criteria.
• Execute acceptance testing and present product demonstrations.
• Enhance communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Stay focused, mitigate scope creep, and advance progress using data-driven metrics.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to creatively solve problems and think strategically.
• Strong analytical skills and business insight.
• Experience with Salesforce Core.
• Familiarity with product management in the Loyalty sector across any industry.
• Background in marketing products.
• Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management.
• Proven product management experience.
• Knowledge of QA processes or experience as a developer.
• Understanding of marketing insights.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or related discipline.
