This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership and manage the Salesforce platform comprehensively, focusing on performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Serve as the main point of accountability for Salesforce within the organization.
• Prioritize and oversee Salesforce-related projects to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
• Lead and supervise a Salesforce Administrator by providing direction, guidance, and assistance.
• Create and sustain custom Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and maintain a scalable CRM architecture and associated workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities within data and system processes.
• Promote enhancements in data quality, hygiene, and usability across the platform.
• Oversee data enrichment, ingestion, and automation workflows.
• Manage the integration of Salesforce with external tools.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, and data teams to align on priorities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a live production environment.
• Build systems, documentation, and processes to ensure long-term scalability.
• Continuously enhance system performance while minimizing technical debt.
• Have experience in leading or mentoring technical resources.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
• Over 5 years of experience working with Salesforce (in both development and system ownership capacities).
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and integrations.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of Salesforce or CRM systems within a business context.
• Experience managing or closely collaborating with Salesforce Administrators.
• Strong systems-thinking and product-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing and driving initiatives.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical tasks with strategic oversight.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce data architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Experience in live production environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and independently advance projects.
• High attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy and system reliability.
• Familiarity with data enrichment or scraping tools (e.g., Apify or similar) is an advantage.
• Must be able to work in sync with Sydney, Australia business hours.
• Reliable internet connection; personal laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet work environment.
