
Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create customized Salesforce implementation proposals that encompass scope, estimations, timelines, and resource plans.
• Conduct pre-sales discovery sessions to gain insights into client business requirements, challenges, and desired results.
• Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with client objectives.
• Generate high-quality documentation, which includes proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and strategic roadmaps.
• Tailor demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that effectively communicate value to client stakeholders.
• Accurately scope and estimate Salesforce projects by leveraging prior experience and collaborating with delivery leaders.
• Transform complex requirements into actionable, phased implementation plans.
• Guide clients in exploring the potential of Salesforce features and adhering to industry best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and clients throughout the sales process and initial project setup.
• Assist with RFI/RFP responses by providing well-articulated technical content and solution narratives.
• Work collaboratively across Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to enhance TruSummit’s go-to-market strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, including direct client interaction and team leadership.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions (preferably in Sales, Service, Field Service, or Experience Cloud).
• At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales or solution architecture with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
• Demonstrated success in accurately scoping and estimating Salesforce projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage at the executive level.
• Proficient in facilitating discovery workshops, creating roadmaps, and translating vision into implementation strategies.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and product capabilities; Salesforce Architect certifications are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate across various teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Quick adaptability to new industries, client environments, or product areas.
• Strong ability to swiftly interpret business needs and adapt with minimal context or background.
• Industry knowledge in Manufacturing is an advantage.
• A strong passion for innovation, continuous learning, and sharing knowledge across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
