Salesforce Pod Lead – Admin, Dev

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team and assign tasks effectively.

• Ensure the team adheres to project timelines and fulfills deliverable expectations.

• Manage and escalate issues as necessary.

• Design and create dynamic, secure, and high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform specifically for the healthcare sector.

• Develop Data Dictionaries and produce application flow diagrams along with technical documentation.

• Establish technical specifications to fulfill business requirements for custom applications.

• Operate within an Agile, structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) team environment.

• Conduct unit and integration testing.

• Create Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.

• At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce development utilizing Apex.

• Strong proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).

• Familiarity with Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Aura Components.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex logical issues.

• Must be able to work during US Daytime hours.

• Willingness to maintain a 50/50 balance between Salesforce Administration and Development tasks.
