Salesforce Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and deploy comprehensive Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and the platform's declarative capabilities.

• Oversee the architecture, technical design, and development of Salesforce applications within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge.

• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing support to guarantee the delivery of high-quality, maintainable solutions.

• Diagnose, debug, and resolve intricate production issues while enhancing application performance and reliability.

• Engage in Agile Scrum ceremonies, evaluate user stories, refine technical requirements, and actively contribute to solution planning and estimation.

• Guide junior developers, advocate for Salesforce development best practices, and foster ongoing enhancements to coding standards and DevOps processes.

• Assume additional responsibilities as necessary to support team goals and ensure project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 7 years of experience in information technology, with a minimum of 6 years focused on Salesforce development.

• Significant experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, JavaScript, and the Lightning Design System.

• Strong background in Salesforce configuration and customization across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, and Salesforce Lightning migrations.

• Proficient in developing integrations with REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and utilizing DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, ANT Migration Tool, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE.

• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of leading technical projects, executing code reviews, mentoring developers, and effectively collaborating within Agile software development teams.
