Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and implement solutions utilizing Salesforce OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.

• Convert business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

• Connect Salesforce with external systems through APIs and middleware.

• Work in collaboration with architects, Product Owners, and fellow developers.

• Ensure solutions are optimised for performance and scalability.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues throughout the platform.

• Engage in agile ceremonies and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Keep documentation updated and uphold best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with OmniStudio (Vlocity).

• Extensive hands-on experience with OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales and Service Cloud.

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP integrations.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

• Applicants must reside in the Philippines.
