This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Lead the design and implementation of CRM and loyalty strategies focused on revenue generation that align with business goals.
• Manage the CRM and loyalty roadmap to ensure a measurable impact on revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Establish targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies to enhance commercial outcomes.
• Create business cases, predict revenue impact, and measure ROI of CRM initiatives.
• Oversee and enhance the utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Connect, and CDP.
• Champion platform governance, data integrity, and best practices across all CRM functions.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve platform capabilities, integrations, and scalability.
• Spearhead the implementation of advanced features like Einstein, Datorama, and real-time personalization.
• Manage the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• Ensure campaigns are driven by commercial objectives, with defined revenue and performance KPIs.
• Direct lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-selling.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to improve performance.
• Oversee campaign performance reporting, including revenue uplift, incremental GP, and ROI.
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems that link CRM performance to business KPIs.
• Produce actionable insights to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct post-campaign evaluations and apply insights to future strategies.
• Define and refine customer segmentation frameworks based on value, behavior, and lifecycle stage.
• Drive advanced personalization tactics to boost conversion rates and basket sizes.
• Partner with analytics teams to utilize predictive modeling and AI-driven insights.
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration with Marketing, Retail, Digital, and IT teams.
• Manage external agencies and technology partners to execute high-quality CRM campaigns.
• Mentor and develop CRM team members, fostering capability growth and the adoption of best practices.
• Align CRM initiatives with broader marketing and commercial strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or marketing automation.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Proven track record in managing teams and large-scale CRM programs.
• Advanced understanding of SQL, data modeling, and analytics.
• Experience in retail, loyalty, or customer-centric sectors is preferred.
