This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Management of multichannel campaigns
• Develop, set up, and implement automated marketing initiatives through email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and various digital platforms.
• Segment audiences utilizing behavioral, demographic, or transactional data.
• Craft and execute customer journeys using Journey Builder, establishing triggers based on user interactions (such as cart abandonment or newsletter subscriptions).
• Ensure a tailored and effective experience throughout all funnel stages.
• Utilize Data Extensions and Audience Builder to organize and segment contact information.
• Maintain data integrity and adhere to compliance standards.
• Track performance indicators (open rates, conversions, ROI) employing tools like Email Studio and Analytics Builder.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine content, timing, and audience segmentation.
• Generate custom reports for stakeholders.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) or external systems using APIs.
• Set up data synchronization and cross-system automations (e.g., aligning Marketing Cloud leads with the CRM).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to synchronize strategies and ensure the technical implementation of campaigns.
• Provide training to internal users on Marketing Cloud capabilities.
• Stay updated on platform enhancements (including new features like Einstein AI for predictions) and pursue relevant certifications (e.g., SFMC Email Specialist, SFMC Consultant).
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues (such as email delivery and rendering challenges).
• Enhance Marketing Cloud infrastructure for improved performance.
• Expertise in AMPscript (for dynamic personalization)
• Proficient in SQL (for data manipulation in Data Extensions)
• Knowledge of SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript)
• Extensive experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder (data modeling)
• Ability to connect Marketing Cloud with Sales/Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud Connect) and external systems via APIs
• Skill in creating complex SQL queries and automations for segmentation and sending communications.
