This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and deploy Salesforce solutions encompassing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.

• Spearhead the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud features, including patient profiles, care plans, provider networks, and integrations for healthcare interoperability.

• Develop and enhance applications utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Pages, and Visualforce.

• Engage in release planning, deployments, production support, and activities following deployment.

• Conduct unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and system optimization to guarantee the delivery of high-quality code.

• Generate and uphold technical documentation while adhering to coding standards and ensuring data integrity practices.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and business teams to enhance systems and provide operational support.

• Offer technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams within agile delivery settings.

• Foster team capability development through cross-training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Keep abreast of advancements in the Salesforce platform and propose innovative solutions for implementation.

• Interact with stakeholders to outline technology roadmaps, solution architecture, and long-term platform strategies.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical designs and proof-of-concepts.

• Contribute to estimation, solution demonstrations, and proposal development efforts.

• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, security standards, and data protection policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of practical experience in Salesforce Development.

• In-depth expertise in implementing Salesforce Health Cloud.

• Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Experience in designing scalable Salesforce architectures and enterprise-level solutions.

• Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams in agile environments.

• Strong comprehension of Salesforce design patterns, best practices, and integration approaches.

• Experience with release management, deployments, testing methodologies, and debugging.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate intricate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Strong emphasis on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
