This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• In the role of Solution Architect at TruSummit, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and robustness of the solutions proposed to our clients.
• You will serve as a trusted advisor for our clients and a mentor to your colleagues at TruSummit who collaborate with you.
• Develop and implement Salesforce adoption strategies that are in line with business objectives and digital transformation efforts.
• Facilitate enterprise discovery sessions and executive stakeholder workshops to prioritize and shape the Salesforce strategy.
• Guide clients on key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, and data-driven frameworks for decision-making to enhance business performance at both project and long-term Salesforce strategy levels.
• Act as a strategic consultant for all tiers of client stakeholders, converting platform capabilities into tangible business results.
• Oversee the complete solution architecture process, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Create enterprise Salesforce solutions that incorporate declarative features, custom development, and third-party applications.
• Direct the creation of solution architecture deliverables, including diagrams, design documentation, and interface specifications.
• Set and uphold architectural governance across projects, guaranteeing consistency in platform standards and reusability.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Assess solution alternatives, suggest optimal approaches, and assist with proof-of-concept initiatives as necessary.
• Manage the entire delivery lifecycle: scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Ensure that clients and project teams comprehend and agree upon project scope, timelines, and budgets, while proactively managing scope and delivery risks.
• Engage actively in hands-on configuration and declarative building tasks as required.
• Provide precise estimates for effort, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Assist in backlog refinement and the development of user stories, ensuring quality and alignment with business value.
• Track solution performance and adoption, guaranteeing client satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing communication with TruSummit leadership and team members regarding project status.
• Support pre-sales efforts including scoping, solutioning, and platform demonstrations.
• Stay updated on Salesforce product releases, ecosystem changes, and industry trends.
• Contribute to internal frameworks, tools, and delivery accelerators aimed at enhancing solution quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, ensuring excellence in delivery and promoting professional development.
• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or advisory roles within a collaborative environment.
• More than 4 years of experience leading Salesforce project teams, demonstrating expertise in delivering cross-functional, multi-cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of establishing credibility and trust with client executives and internal teams; skilled at influencing decisions and fostering consensus.
• Strong executive presence—confident, articulate, and able to constructively challenge assumptions while aligning stakeholders towards common goals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with business, functional, and technical audiences.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage competing priorities and multiple initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate and lead within complex organizational and technical environments; adept at identifying root causes, analyzing data, and proposing effective solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce’s position within the broader enterprise technology landscape.
• Expertise in Salesforce declarative configuration tools, such as Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, and Platform Events.
• Hands-on experience with formal delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), along with a solid understanding of project (SDL) lifecycle best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional credentials are advantageous.
• Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.
