Salesforce Field Service Developer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Participate in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of solutions utilizing Salesforce Field Service (FSL), concentrating on performance and governance.

• Tailor and set up objects, flows, and business rules to manage service orders, scheduling, and dispatch while ensuring alignment with operational needs.

• Create intricate automations using Flows, Apex, and Triggers to enhance process efficiency and data integrity.

• Facilitate integrations between FSL and legacy/corporate systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, or middleware, guaranteeing seamless communication across platforms.

• Work alongside functional teams, operations, and the business to convert operational requirements into effective technical solutions, contributing to projects aligned with strategic goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce as a developer (Senior level).

• Familiarity with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) or substantial experience in Service Cloud with a desire to specialize in FSL.

• Proficient in Apex, Flows, Triggers, and SOQL.

• Understanding of the Salesforce data model, permissions, profiles, and sharing rules.

• Experience with integrations through REST/SOAP APIs.

• Knowledge of version control (Git) and the Salesforce development lifecycle (sandboxes, deployments, change sets, or CI/CD).

• Capacity to work on both enhancement initiatives and production support.

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments with multiple demands.

• Initiative in suggesting technical and operational enhancements.

• Desire for technical development within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Field Service Lightning Consultant).
