This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations and ongoing improvements of our client’s diverse platforms, which include Salesforce, a Knowledge Sharing Portal, and public websites.

• Enhance the overall user experience, maintainability, and functionality of these business applications.

• Update and maintain user interfaces, workflows, and the overall user experience within the Salesforce platform, prioritizing high-quality, responsive design.

• Create, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Lightning components and other declarative tools such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, Salesforce administrators, back-end developers, and UI/UX designers, to gather requirements for new features and enhancements, ensuring they meet business objectives.

• Ensure that all interfaces comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and are optimized for cross-browser functionality.

• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to guarantee the quality and stability of developed solutions.

• Stay informed about updates to the Salesforce platform, new features, and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization.

• Address and resolve issues related to front-end performance, usability, and browser inconsistencies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate system upgrades, releases, and patches, providing support post-implementation.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of development processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and front-end development on the Salesforce platform.

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and integrating user-facing components with CRM workflows and business processes.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, web standards, and best practices in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

• Proficient in responsive design, mobile-first development, and ensuring accessibility (WCAG compliance).

• Excellent collaboration skills, particularly in an Agile environment, with experience working across various teams (e.g., developers, designers, business analysts).
