This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate directly with developers, teams, and organizations utilizing LiveKit, both in commercial and community settings.
• Manage, document, and resolve bugs, address support inquiries, create both sample and production-quality code, and enhance documentation and technical guides to assist customers.
• Work alongside community initiatives, particularly concerning technical challenges.
• Regularly engage with LiveKit clients to ensure their ongoing success with the platform.
• Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams on strategies and provide support during customer discussions.
• An active engineer with proven skills in building, deploying, and troubleshooting production software.
• Proficient in navigating unfamiliar codebases to identify and fix customer-related issues.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer-oriented — you recognize the distinction between merely resolving a ticket and addressing the root cause of a problem.
