Salesforce Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers through regular one-on-one meetings, constructive feedback, and coaching.

• Foster an environment that supports career advancement and performance, promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and high-trust team culture.

• Enhance the delivery of Salesforce initiatives throughout the Salesforce ecosystem by managing risks, dependencies, capacity, and stakeholder communications.

• Provide guidance on the technical approach for your team, empowering engineers to consistently deliver value.

• Advocate for engineering best practices, including quality, testing, security, and scalability, while working to minimize technical debt and enhance CI/CD processes and releases.

• Leverage data and metrics to boost predictability, quality, and overall team effectiveness.

• Strive for continuous improvement in engineering workflows and development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce or enterprise software engineering.

• At least 1 year of experience in leading or managing engineering teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations.

• Proven experience in delivering Salesforce solutions within complex enterprise settings.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
