Salesforce Engineer, Junior / Mid / Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Development and customization of the Salesforce platform

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows

• Automation of intelligent workflows and optimization of processes

• Integration of enterprise APIs and cloud solutions

• Implementation of AI-driven Salesforce solutions and Agentforce initiatives

• Modernization projects for Data Cloud and customer platforms

• Creation of scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions

• Collaboration with global teams in product, business, and engineering

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience with Salesforce or a strong academic/project background

• Fundamental understanding of the Salesforce platform

• Familiarity with Apex, LWC, or Salesforce Administration

• Eagerness to grow within enterprise environments

• Strong communication skills in English

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce

• Practical experience with Apex, LWC, APIs, and integrations

• Experience in Salesforce Flows and workflow automation

• Knowledge of best practices for scalable development

• Capability to work independently in remote and international settings

• Over 5 years of Salesforce experience

• Strong knowledge in architecture and integration

• Experience in designing scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions

• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native environments

• Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams

• Salesforce certifications

• Knowledge of Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ

• Experience with AI-driven automation initiatives

• Exposure to enterprise transformation programs

• Integration experience with external platforms and APIs
