Salesforce Engineer, Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive management of operational technology projects, ensuring effective implementation and acceptance.

• Create thorough project plans that encompass scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and client service groups, to establish project deliverables and milestones.

• Supervise the design, development, and launch of AI-enhanced solutions aimed at improving client interactions.

• Recognize risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and proactively address project obstacles.

• Track and report on project advancements, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback.

• Ensure adherence to industry standards, security measures, and regulatory mandates.

• Promote a culture of ongoing improvement by evaluating project results and applying best practices.

• Acquire knowledge and operate platforms according to the requirements of both existing and newly developed technologies.

• Offer technical insights, training, and assistance to operations teams.

• Provide continuous technical support for both existing and newly developed platforms.

• Assist with Salesforce development as well as mobile and web application development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce development and platform management.

• Familiarity with mobile and/or web application development.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of AI-driven procedures and client service platforms is advantageous.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
