This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and Innovate: Take charge of hands-on development of robust Salesforce solutions.
• Foster innovation by incorporating AI-based tools to improve systems and processes throughout the billing platform.
• Solution Design & Strategy: Oversee solution design initiatives to guarantee our systems are scalable and efficient.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of end-to-end workflows between Salesforce and ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates, translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights. Work across functions to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Extensive Salesforce Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Engineer, with a proven record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Billing & CPQ Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing systems, including a solid grasp of how these systems integrate with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
• Full-Stack & Front-End Proficiency: Familiarity with full-stack development principles, including front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React), to support comprehensive solution delivery and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Dynamic Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable and proactive, consistently seeking ways to enhance processes and deliver value rapidly.
• Other Desirable Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified CPQ, and Salesforce Admin are highly valued. Additional certifications are a welcomed bonus.
• Integration Expertise: Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms is highly desirable. Knowledge of API design and best practices for system integration will distinguish you.
