This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.

• Construct and manage custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and triggers.

• Develop and sustain integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

• Collaborate with technical architects to create scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within existing implementations.

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins).

• Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce development within enterprise environments.

• Strong proficiency in: Apex.

• Visualforce.

• Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Aura.

• Salesforce Flows and Process Builder.

• SOQL.

• SOSL queries.

• REST/SOAP API integrations.

• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, declarative development, and customization.

• Practical experience with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.).

• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
