Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create applications on the Salesforce platform, including PDO app development for AppExchange and tailored solutions for client organizations.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance development efficiency and improve solution effectiveness during the coding phase.

• Uphold high standards of code quality through unit testing, adherence to code coverage best practices, and collaboration with QA Engineers to effectively resolve bugs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and customer stakeholders to clarify user stories, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver the best possible solutions.

• Interact with customers to grasp their challenges and contribute to effective, customized solutions.

• Adapt to customer time zones and be open to occasional travel for client collaboration.

• Offer best practices and technical insights to assist customers in making informed implementation decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing applications on the Salesforce platform, including PDO app development and direct client implementations.

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools to improve development processes and productivity.

• Proven experience in writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure code reliability.

• Agile mindset.

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Salesforce Certifications: Preferred certifications include Platform Developer I or relevant credentials that demonstrate Salesforce expertise.

• Additional Salesforce certification.

• Knowledge of Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platform (Data Cloud), or Agentforce is advantageous.
