Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

• Configure various Salesforce clouds, objects, fields, permissions, workflows, and automation processes.

• Assist in the implementation and customization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

• Design and execute integrations with external platforms and third-party systems.

• Convert business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Engage in technical analysis, solution design, and estimation tasks.

• Collaborate with distributed teams, including functional consultants, architects, developers, and client stakeholders.

• Aid in testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and the continuous enhancement of Salesforce solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience with Salesforce.

• Background in Salesforce development, configuration, consulting, or administration.

• Strong expertise in at least one Salesforce cloud or product.

• For developer roles: practical experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and API integrations.

• For functional/consultant roles: thorough understanding of Salesforce configuration, business processes, and platform capabilities.

• Experience working within remote or distributed teams.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Availability to work with at least partial overlap with CET time zone.

• Ability to articulate previous Salesforce projects, responsibilities, and technical scope.

• Willingness to disclose expected salary or rate during the application process.

• Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.

• Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations.

• Familiarity with CPQ, OmniStudio, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

• Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DX, or deployment tools.

• Experience working with European or international clients.

• Consulting or stakeholder-facing experience.
