Salesforce Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain solutions on the Salesforce platform;

• Engage in the configuration and customization of Service Cloud;

• Create components, integrations, and automation processes;

• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and platform functionalities;

• Develop and manage APIs and system integrations;

• Ensure adherence to development best practices and platform governance;

• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents while implementing progressive improvements;

• Collaborate with business units, architecture, and cross-functional teams;

• Take part in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical specifications;

• Support ongoing improvement initiatives and the technical advancement of the environment;

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development;

• Proficient knowledge and practical experience with Service Cloud;

• Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components, and/or LWC;

• Understanding of integrations through REST/SOAP APIs;

• Experience with automation and configurations within the Salesforce platform;

• Knowledge of version control and deployment methodologies;

• Experience working with agile methodologies;

• Preferred / Advantageous: Salesforce certifications;

• Familiarity with Sales Cloud;

• Experience with integrations in cloud settings;

• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices for Salesforce;

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools;

• Experience in digital transformation initiatives;
