Salesforce Developer, Technical Administrator – 3month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure and implement Salesforce solutions that are in line with documented user requirements and approved designs.

• Set up and enhance objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and security frameworks.

• Create and oversee flows, validation rules, assignment rules, and various forms of declarative automation.

• Develop reports and dashboards tailored to meet business needs.

• Assist with minor development tasks such as Apex triggers/classes and Lightning Web Components under the guidance of senior staff.

• Provide support during UAT cycles, address defect resolutions, and implement configuration updates.

• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, configuration notes, and release artifacts.

• Ensure that all work adheres to Salesforce best practices and internal governance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.

• Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, automation, and security models.

• Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• A solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and automation patterns.

• Experience in delivering clearly defined user stories within a structured environment.
