This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new product initiatives;
• Identify and align dependencies among technical teams to facilitate the advancement of the team's solutions;
• Offer technical and business assistance to the team throughout the execution of tasks;
• Suggest and evaluate the implications of configurable parameters and modules on systems;
• Gather the current status of processes and systems with business stakeholders and recommend enhancements;
• Confirm medium-complexity requirements before delivery;
• Engage in demand analysis with external vendors and direct requests to the development team;
• Aid in gathering business and software requirements from both internal and external stakeholders, translating them into system solutions;
• Assist in the creation of documentation (business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories).
• Proficient in the Salesforce ecosystem;
• Experience in implementing Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud);
• Understanding of named credentials and external services;
• Familiarity with Lightning Pages and record layouts;
• Knowledgeable in data modeling (objects, fields, roles, profiles, and sharing rules);
• Skilled in automations (Flows, Process Builder, and approval processes);
• Experience with REST integrations (HTTP, RestResource);
• Proficient in asynchronous processing (Future methods, Queueables, Batch, Schedules);
• Development experience in APEX;
• Front-end development with LWC, Aura Components, and JavaScript;
• Experience with Scratch Orgs;
• Familiarity with version control using Git/GitLab (including conflict resolution);
• Knowledge of development best practices: clean code, design patterns, and software architecture.
