
Salesforce Developer – Production Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce production issues, incidents, and escalations.
• Investigate, diagnose, and rectify defects in Apex, Flows, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce configurations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement lasting corrective measures to avoid recurring problems.
• Oversee platform health, system performance, and the reliability of integrations.
• Leverage Copado AI for troubleshooting, code analysis, impact assessments, debugging, and proposing solutions.
• Analyze debug logs, exception logs, integration failures, governor limit violations, and automation errors.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Product, QA, and Support teams to prioritize and address production incidents.
• Create and implement hotfixes, patches, and stability improvements with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles for support processes.
• Engage in incident reviews and contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• Assist in release validation and post-deployment monitoring activities.
• Over 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting and supporting Salesforce production environments.
• Proficient in Apex debugging, including knowledge of governor limits, bulkification, recursion control, and performance optimization.
• Strong comprehension of Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and resolving complex automation issues.
• Experience in diagnosing integration challenges related to REST APIs, authentication, and data synchronization.
• Solid SOQL/SOSL skills along with data analysis experience.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Copado AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Capability to perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions rather than temporary fixes.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability in high-priority production scenarios.
