This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Design, test, and implement Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Service Cloud functionalities such as Console, Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
• Create and manage Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to fulfill business needs.
• Aid in developing Salesforce integrations with external systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or other integration methodologies.
• Construct and sustain Salesforce configurations, which include custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and permissions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA engineers, and senior developers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Engage in code reviews and adhere to established Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
• Assist in release management and deployment processes using CI/CD or deployment tools.
• Diagnose and resolve platform issues, bugs, and defects during development and testing stages.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Developer, with substantial expertise in Service Cloud.
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, and security models.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) or facilitating system integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Salesforce deployment procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work efficiently in a cooperative Agile development setting.
