Salesforce Developer – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and upkeep of customizations on the Salesforce platform.

• Help create and modify components such as Apex classes, Triggers, Flows, Validation Rules, and Lightning Components.

• Conduct basic testing and aid in identifying and resolving defects.

• Participate in technical and functional meetings to grasp business requirements and support the implementation of solutions.

• Work collaboratively with technical and functional teams to guarantee quality outcomes.

• Document modifications and features implemented, adhering to team-defined standards.

• Oversee code versioning and deployments utilizing Git.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of or experience with the Salesforce platform.

• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Understanding of data modeling and automation using Flow, Process Builder, or Apex Triggers.

• Basic comprehension of SOQL and SOSL.

• Familiarity with source control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).

• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for component development.

• Understanding of agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-player attitude.

• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Proficiency in technical English for reading documentation.
