This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and execute tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Enhance overall CRM functionality.

• Oversee and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and other essential business systems.

• Configure and personalize both standard and custom Salesforce objects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.

• Perform comprehensive testing of the solutions developed.

• Develop and uphold detailed technical designs and system configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in Salesforce development.

• Extensive knowledge in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows).

• Strong understanding of fundamental web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is advantageous.

• Basic training or experience in Python, Node.js, or advanced JavaScript is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.

• A collaborative approach to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
