Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Genea is seeking a proficient Salesforce Developer to manage the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce CRM environment.

• You will be responsible for designing and constructing Salesforce solutions that drive our go-to-market strategies, AI agents that optimize our team and workflows, and establishing dependable API and webhook integrations throughout our technology stack.

• Collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Business Operations, and Regional Sales Managers, you will convert field requirements into scalable, well-documented Salesforce solutions.

• Your tasks will encompass requirements translation, user stories, architecture, development, feature testing, functional testing, user testing, documentation, and release management.

• You will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, process automation, validation rules, page layouts, and AI agents.

• You will also create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to facilitate custom business logic.

• You will oversee the Salesforce data model, managing schema, relationships, and field dependencies across Sales Cloud and any associated clouds in use.

• You will implement and maintain CPQ or quoting workflows to support Genea’s VAR channel sales process.

• Building and enhancing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and KPI views for Sales Leadership and Business Operations will also be part of your responsibilities.

• You will manage sandbox environments, release cycles, and deployment pipelines utilizing Salesforce DX and version-controlled metadata.

• In addition, you will spearhead the integration of Agentforce and custom LLM-based solutions into our sales ecosystem, advancing beyond conventional CRM workflows into the realm of the 'Agentic Enterprise.'

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud is essential).

• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

• Proven experience in building REST API integrations to/from Salesforce utilizing Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and platform events.

• A solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, governor limits, and best practices for deployment.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative automation tools is required.

• Extensive experience in Decoupled Architecture; you should be adept at transitioning logic from Process Builders into a single-trigger framework or Flow-first design.

• Knowledge of version control (Git) and Salesforce DX (SFDX) CLI is essential.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher) is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; capable of collaborating effectively with a US-based team across various time zones.
