📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate epics and significant enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert for your team's area; take ownership of the codebase and drive continuous improvements.

• Create scalable and resilient solutions while producing documentation that aligns with engineering best practices.

• Mentor and support junior team members, enhancing the technical proficiency of the team.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Stakeholders during design build sessions.

• Engage in technical analyses, impact assessments, and risk evaluations across interconnected systems.

• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automation, CI/CD, and compliance with standards.

• Promote system stability and maintainability through proactive monitoring and code refactoring.

• Conduct presentations across functions to share solutions, concepts, and innovations.

• Diagnose advanced production issues and lead investigations to identify root causes.

• Represent your technical domain in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• 5-8 years of development experience with APEX, LWC, Flows, Visualforce, etc.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration and administration.

• Experience delivering features for enterprise-scale applications within a structured, Agile framework.

• Solid understanding of impact analysis, technical risk management, and system integration.

• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to achieve results independently.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Experience working within cross-functional, globally distributed teams.

• Strong emphasis on code quality, security, and adherence to testing standards.

• **Desirable**

• Familiarity or hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce AI capabilities, such as Einstein and AgentForce.

• Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Bamboo, and Git-based workflows.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GIT-based source control, and DevOps practices.
