This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with project managers to assess CRM requirements.

• Creating tailored solutions using the Salesforce platform.

• Designing, coding, and deploying Salesforce applications.

• Establishing project timelines and development objectives.

• Evaluating the stability and functionality of applications.

• Diagnosing and resolving bugs.

• Documenting processes and providing technical training for Salesforce personnel.

• Ensuring the security and integrity of application software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Possession of two SFDC certifications.

• Strong understanding of primary technology and platform in a functional area.

• Proven ability to implement features of medium to high complexity within their functional area.

• Collaborates with a senior engineer to deliver complex features.

• Writes code that is comprehensible, maintainable, and expandable by others.

• Demonstrated track record of consistent and successful delivery over time.

• Recognized as an effective problem solver who can quickly identify root causes within their functional domain and collaborate across system boundaries.

• Knowledgeable about interdependencies between their functional areas and other areas, both upstream and downstream.

• Strong grasp of major technologies used in IT development: Java, Force.com, Front-End technologies/CMS (Object Oriented JavaScript, CSS), PL/SQL, SOA, Ruby, etc., along with a solid understanding of the rest.

• Informed about industry trends and technical advancements that can be leveraged at SFDC.

• Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM platforms.

• Prior experience in application and software development.
