This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and finalize REST API integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce utilizing Apex callouts.
• Review and uphold API Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Diagnose API errors, failures, and outages during and after launch.
• Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and handlers for Flash use cases.
• Configure and modify validation rules, field dependencies, and workflow logic.
• Implement default value overrides and process automation as necessary.
• Construct and set up onboarding Salesforce cases for Flash clients.
• Align case structures with the established Prepaid Salesforce patterns and standards.
• Update Salesforce UI components (LWC or page layouts) according to design specifications.
• Assist with API-driven data population and rendering.
• Configure selectable field values and hardcode fields as specified.
• Minimum of 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong, demonstrable Apex skills (triggers, classes, callouts).
• Practical experience in building and using REST API integrations from Salesforce.
• Proven capability to function as the sole technical resource, independently making design and implementation choices.
• Experience with Salesforce case management, onboarding workflows, and process automation.
• Comfortable translating design artifacts into UI changes (LWC experience is a bonus).
• Prior experience with ServiceNow–Salesforce integrations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Prepaid or financial services Salesforce implementations is advantageous.
• Strong written communication skills, capable of producing API and troubleshooting documentation.
