This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Configure and tailor Salesforce Service Cloud for managing cases through email, chat, and web forms.
β’ Implement and provide support for Enhanced Chat capabilities.
β’ Design and launch features utilizing Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Jobs, Services, Utilities).
β’ Create and sustain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows to facilitate business processes.
β’ Collaborate on integrating Data Cloud with external Data Warehouses.
β’ Assist in the development and integration of Einstein for Service functionalities.
β’ Work closely with stakeholders to guarantee user-friendly experiences and optimized workflows.
β’ Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.
β’ A minimum of 3+ years of practical Salesforce development experience.
β’ Solid expertise in implementing Salesforce Service Cloud.
β’ Proficient in Apex, encompassing Triggers, Classes (Controllers, Services, Batch, Utilities).
β’ Experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
β’ Practical experience with Flows for automating processes.
β’ Working knowledge of Enhanced Chat is a significant advantage.
β’ Experience with Data Cloud and integrations with external data sources is beneficial.
β’ Familiarity with Einstein for Service and/or Agent Force is a plus.
β’ Optional but desirable: experience with Aura Components and Experience Cloud.
