This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Create APEX code and triggers.
• Experienced in automating intricate business processes using Salesforce Flow Builder.
• Develop test classes to achieve a minimum of 75% code coverage.
• Execute CI/CD activities.
• Debug the existing codebase and implement necessary corrective measures.
• Resolve production issues and identify root causes.
• Act as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment across the enterprise.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Loader for data updates.
• Oversee Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
• Coordinate the assessment, scope, and completion of new development requests.
• Collaborate with our institutional management team to establish appropriate processes that support administrative development and change management initiatives.
• Assist in training new users and enhance the Salesforce.com skill set throughout the organization.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of passing the CBP background investigation, which includes but is not limited to:
• A 3-year review for felony convictions.
• A 1-year review for illegal drug use.
• A 1-year review for misconduct such as theft or fraud.
• A college degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in place of a degree.
• At least three years of experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
• Salesforce.com developer certifications.
• Strong comprehension of the platform, with the capability to create custom components that fulfill user requirements.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities.
• Experience in creating Unlocked Packages is preferred, though not required.
• Previous experience in a Scrum or Agile environment is preferred.
