Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Create tailored solutions by designing, coding, and implementing applications on the Salesforce platform that meet business needs and priorities.

• Evaluate and monitor the application's stability and functionality, including diagnosing and resolving bugs.

• Draft documentation and deliver technical training for Salesforce personnel.

• Ensure the security and integrity of the application software.

• Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and develop/maintain test cases for all custom developments.

• Take responsibility for release cycles to deploy new features and updates to existing applications and code.

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Team to confirm business requirements and any pertinent considerations (security, scalability, limits).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• Two to four years of experience working with Salesforce.

• Advanced understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms.

• Prior experience in Salesforce application and software development.

• Experience in developing customer-facing interfaces and creating scalable, best practice solutions.

• Familiarity with change management and governance processes.

• Competence in writing technical documentation.

• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, VisualForce, and Omnistudio.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex software and application issues.

• Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience working in an agile environment.

• A proactive approach to enhancing the platform.

• Strong relationship-building abilities.
