This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technology that enhances our customer experience.
• Design, develop, and implement tailored Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Apex triggers.
• Create and manage integrations with external systems through APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to align with business needs.
• Develop and deploy Salesforce automation solutions, which include validation rules, approval processes, and flows.
• Apply Salesforce DevOps practices such as version control, continuous integration, and automated testing.
• Oversee and maintain managed packages and third-party integrations to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Apex triggers.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, including RESTful and SOAP services, Mulesoft, and middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and methodologies, such as version control, continuous integration, and automated testing.
• Comprehensive understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud configuration and customization.
• Experience with all automation tools utilized in Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.) are preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to analyze complex business requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within a collaborative team environment.
