This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Possess the capability to simultaneously analyze business challenges and write code.
• Knowledgeable in LWC Communication Models and adept at utilizing the Shadow DOM.
• Experience with low-code solutions such as Flow and Process Builder.
• Well-versed in complex functional features including Salesforce Security and approval workflows.
• Familiar with defensive programming methods and principles of test-driven development / test coverage.
• Acquainted with Object Oriented and Enterprise Software design patterns like factories, Unit of Work, Separation of Concerns, façade, and decorator, among others.
• Capable of integrating Salesforce with external systems while exploring various integration patterns.
• Skilled at leveraging design patterns and programming methodologies to create modular and reusable code.
• Proficient in decomposing code into smaller components, each serving a distinct function.
• Able to develop invocable actions and Lightning components suitable for Flows.
• Experienced in creating advanced triggers, such as a custom lead conversion process.
• Comfortable handling large datasets.
• Possessing a clear understanding of implicit bulkification and considering this aspect from the outset.
• Thorough understanding of Salesforce security principles and their application in coding.
• Familiar with source control systems and automated release pipelines.
• Design and write test-friendly code utilizing dependency injection and design patterns to enhance testing capabilities.
• Over 6 years of Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise settings.
• Design and implement scalable Apex classes, triggers, flows, and Lightning web components, using JavaScript and HTML.
• Extensive expertise in SOQL/SOSL.
• Knowledgeable in cases and various Salesforce Clouds including Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms and agile/scrum methodologies; capable of delivering integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk, Metadata, Platform Events, and External Services AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure, Autorabit, Jenkins, Gearset, Copado).
• Strong grasp of security best practices, data modeling, and governor limits.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
• Acquainted with AgentForce and Data Cloud.
