This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage the administration of the Core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, among others), including the creation of objects, fields, flows, rules, layouts, dashboards, and permissions.
• Develop customizations using APEX, Triggers, Classes, Batch, Schedulable, REST/SOAP, and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal and external systems.
• Participate in requirements gathering with the business and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure governance and health of clients' Salesforce org (security, performance, access controls, usage limits, versioning).
• Support internal teams and clients with training and workshops that disseminate knowledge about the platforms.
• Conduct testing, technical documentation, and provide support during deployments.
• Practical experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Proven experience in APEX development and utilization of the Salesforce data model.
• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and best development practices on the platform.
• Knowledge of integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth authentication, and best integration practices.
• Experience with automation: Flow, Validation Rules, Process Builder.
• Knowledge of version control tools, preferably Git.
• Understanding of platform architecture, limits, and recommended standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business demands into technical solutions.
• Proactivity, organization, and autonomy to propose improvements.
• Analytical skills and logical reasoning to efficiently solve problems.
• Flexibility to work with different client segments and multiple projects simultaneously.
