Salesforce Developer, Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the primary Salesforce platform (including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), which involves creating objects, fields, flows, rules, layouts, dashboards, and managing permissions.

• Design custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Classes, Batch processes, Schedulable jobs, REST/SOAP interfaces, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Establish and sustain integrations between Salesforce and various internal and external systems.

• Engage in requirements gathering with stakeholders and convert those requirements into technical specifications.

• Ensure governance and maintain the overall health of clients' Salesforce organizations (including security, performance, access controls, usage limits, and versioning).

• Assist both internal and client teams through training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge about the platforms.

• Conduct testing, generate technical documentation, and offer deployment support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

• Demonstrated expertise in Apex development and a solid understanding of the Salesforce data model.

• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a commitment to best practices in platform development.

• Proficient in integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth authentication, and integration best practices.

• Familiarity with automation tools such as Flow, Validation Rules, and Process Builder.

• Knowledge of version control tools, ideally Git.

• Comprehension of platform architecture, limitations, and suggested patterns.

• Exceptional communication abilities, with a talent for translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Demonstrated proactivity, organizational skills, and independence in suggesting enhancements.

• Strong analytical capabilities and logical reasoning to address problems effectively.

• Adaptability to work across diverse client segments and manage multiple projects concurrently.
