This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Collaborate with the provider of the Salesforce EHR platform to create new features and enhance functionality.
β’ Conduct regular configuration management and adjust security settings within Salesforce to maintain optimal performance.
β’ Design and implement workflows and validation rules that facilitate efficient data entry and clinical reporting.
β’ Develop dashboards and custom reports to monitor patient engagement metrics and operational effectiveness.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for patients experiencing difficulties accessing or using the patient portal, offering clear, empathetic, and technical support.
β’ Perform detailed administrative reviews of patient files to verify insurance coverage, address eligibility discrepancies, and ensure accurate billing documentation.
β’ Act as a primary resource for patients, addressing inquiries about their account status, appointment details, or portal functionalities.
β’ Identify recurring patient challenges within the Salesforce user interface or portal experience and suggest/implement user-friendly interface enhancements.
β’ Demonstrated experience in Salesforce development/administration, with a preference for prior work in a healthcare setting or clinical environment.
β’ Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Profiles, Roles, Flows, Reports, and Dashboards).
β’ Understanding of the Salesforce data model, including when and how to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model components.
β’ Familiarity with healthcare administrative processes, particularly in relation to insurance verification and patient record management.
β’ Excellent customer service skills, capable of translating technical concepts into straightforward instructions for non-technical users.
β’ Ability to create and document operational procedures using videos, checklists, and progressive disclosure instruction pages.
β’ Solid understanding of healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and the significance of data security in a CRM environment.
β’ Positive attitude, outstanding time management skills, a passion for teamwork, and a reliable and punctual work ethic.
β’ A secure and quiet workspace, with an internet connection capable of at least 20 Mbit download speed and a reliable power supply (must have a whole house UPS if unstable).
