Salesforce Data Cloud Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the architecture, implementation, and evolution of solutions based on Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform).

• Design and model Data Model Objects and unified data schemas.

• Manage the ingestion, integration, and activation of data from multiple sources.

• Configure identity processes, profile resolution, and advanced segmentation.

• Activate audiences in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Personalization, and external channels.

• Design real-time personalization solutions and automate customer journeys.

• Work with integration architectures using APIs, MuleSoft, Snowflake, or other connectors.

• Collaborate on data architecture projects and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or AWS.

• Participate in defining data strategies focused on business and customer experience.

• Ensure best practices in data management, analytics, and technical efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform).

• Knowledge in data modeling, Data Model Objects, and the design of unified schemas.

• Experience in data ingestion, integration, and activation from various sources.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Personalization (Interaction Studio).

• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Einstein.

• Expertise in data integrations and architecture using APIs, MuleSoft, Snowflake, or other connectors.

• Proficient in SQL, JSON, ETL processes, and data analysis tools.

• Analytical mindset, technical autonomy, and results-oriented approach.

• Certifications in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core, or Accredited Professional (nice to have).

• Experience in Customer 360 projects and omnichannel data strategies (nice to have).

• Knowledge of platforms like Adobe Experience Platform (nice to have).

• Experience working with Google Cloud or AWS (nice to have).

• Interest in technological innovation and new trends in martech and data (nice to have).
