Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and execute solutions utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform).

• Integrate various data sources (CRM, web, mobile, third-party systems) into the Data Cloud.

• Construct unified customer profiles and establish identity resolution protocols.

• Develop and oversee data models, data streams, and segmentation strategies.

• Facilitate real-time data activation across Salesforce platforms (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable solutions.

• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.

• Enhance the performance and scalability of data pipelines.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the Salesforce Ecosystem.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).

• Proficiency in Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

• Familiarity with Agentforce.

• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Strong grasp of data modeling, integration, and identity resolution.

• Salesforce Data Cloud certified professional.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a remote freelance environment.
